“Koucar Worldwide” is a tradename which designates various corporations in which a member of the Kouza or Caradonna family is a principal. The use of the tradename “Koucar Worldwide” by an entity is not meant to imply that any other entities which utilize this tradename have assumed or are liable for the debts, liabilities, or obligations of such entity. Each Company is a separate legal entity, and solely liable for its own debts, liabilities and obligations. The use of this tradename by a corporation or group of corporations or other entity is not meant to imply, express or otherwise establish the fact that such corporation, corporations or entity has or have any legal affiliation, relationship or connection with any other corporation or entity. No other Company is liable for such debts, unless such corporation has accepted and assumed such liability in writing.
